Personalized items and custom orders are non-refundable because they are made just for you. However, all personalized items and custom orders will be confirmed with buyer via email - I will send pictures of the unsealed finished product to ensure satisfaction before sealed with clear, matte finish.


If you purchase in item I have in-stock and for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the item (undamaged) within 7 business days, and I will refund you for the original amount of the item (buyer pays shipping).

ALL Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If an item you purchase is received damaged or is lost please contact me immediately If for any reason you receive your package damaged please contact me immediately and keep ALL of the shipping material. I insure my paintings and in order to place a claim with the USPS the shipping material must be kept. All Damage/Losses will be handled on a case by case basis.
